Mission Statement

PREAMBLE
Lynden Aged Care Association Inc. (LACA) is a not for profit, community owned organisation.  LACA is the Approved Provider for two co-located residential aged care facilities - Gaffney House Hostel and Lynden Nursing Home.

MISSION (‘our primary purpose’)
Our Mission is to provide high quality care and services in an appropriate, well appointed and safe living environment.

PHILOSOPHY (‘what we believe’)
We believe that all members of the community should have access to care and services which respect their privacy, dignity and independence and enhance their quality of life.  For this reason, Lynden Aged Care Association promotes a holistic approach.
